Condition of sale

All goods purchased from our website must be paid in full before the goods are dispatched.

We operate a 'cash on delivery' service only locally in Southend-on-sea area.

How to pay

You can pay by any major credit card, by cheque/postal order or by bank transfer.

We accept payments by credit card which are monitored and secured by PayPal. After your order confirmation PayPal will take you to their secure portal and accept the payment. Money will be transferred into our PayPal account. All the cards will be checked by PayPal but YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PayPal ACCOUNT YOURSELF. PayPal will be only monitoring the transaction. Of course payment from your own PayPal account (if you have got one) will be accepted without any problems.

If you decide to pay by cheque, a delivery schedule of you order will depend on when we receive the cheque and a time it takes to clear through our bank account(usually 5 working days).

Shipping and delivery

We dispatch all our items worldwide.

Orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day or on the next working day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

We use Royal Mail Standard, 1st Class Recorded Delivery service and DHL courier service for orders within UK. Estimated delivery time approx 3-5 business days.

For overseas deliveries we use Royal Mail Airmail Recorded and DHL courier services.

Estimated delivery time approx 6-10 working days to Europe. Rest of the world approx 6-14 working days.

Delivery charges

Free delivery

Free delivery applies to ALL items and will be delivered by Royal Mail in the United Kingdom only.

Next day delivery is available at a flat rate charge of £5.00.


Half price delivery to Europe

Half price delivery to Europe is £11.00. Applies to items which will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Recorded delivery service.

For some items which could not be sent by Royal Mail because of their weight we will use DHL courier delivery service. Charged at £16.00.

Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping cost to your country. We will send an invoice to you to confirm the shipping cost.

Rest of the world

Please contact us for a quote for delivery to the rest of the world.

Returns procedure

Please return unsuitable /faulty items via the Post Office. It is advisable to send the item by recorded delivery.

Unworn / Unsuitable items

If you need to return your purchase because it does not fit or unsuitable please send the item to the address below, stating the reason for returning the item(s) and whether a replacement or refund is required. The item must be returned in original unworn condition in it's original package within 28 days of purchase. All items must be able to be returned to stock.

If a replacement is required please ensure you state the style, colour & size of the item you require in exchange.

Replacement items in the UK will be sent postage free. A charge will be made for overseas items.

If a refund is required please allow up to 7 working days from the date you return the item for the refund to clear through to your credit card account. Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original purchase of the shoes.

Postage charges are not refundable.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which has not been caused by misuse, within 28 days of purchase, please return it to us.

Upon identification of a fault we will refund any postage charge incurred by the customer and send a replacement or issue a full refeund.
